Camper Forms and Additional Information

What to Bring:

● Toothbrush &/paste, shampoo, soap, towels and washcloths, sleeping bag, extra blanket and

pillow.

● Bug spray

● Flashlight plus extra batteries

● Jacket (it can easily drop below freezing in the evenings)

● Clothes for all weather. Jeans or long pants, short and long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, gloves,

etc. NO shorts. (There are no laundry facilities available, so bring plenty of clothes.)

● EXTRA socks and shoes.

● Water Bottle

● LARGE, HEAVY TRASH BAG for dirty clothes

● Bible (non electronic), notepad, and pens.

● It is suggested to bring a watch and a camera (disposable or digital) because ALL other

electronic devices are prohibited.

● Put name on all personal items*

Reminder: At registration Camper and Parent Agreed to the following:

● Positive Attitude

● No cell phones, iPods, iPads, electronics, etc.

● No shorts, halters, tank tops, or immodest clothing.

● No soft drinks or energy drinks.

● No guns or airsoft guns, knives, sharp objects or anything that could be used to hurt someone.

● No tobacco products, alcohol, or drugs.

● Campers may not leave camp boundaries unless accompanied by CCYC staff and with

directors permission.

● I understand that the director reserves the right to send any camper home, without refund, at

parents expense, for any inappropriate behavior.

Reminder to Parents/Guardians:

● Registration begins at 4:00pm on Sunday. Please do not arrive early.

● Campers must be picked up by 10:00am on Saturday, June 27th. No camper may leave until

cleanup is complete.

● Medication must be labeled, in original/official container and given to our camp nurse at

registration.

● We will not have a variety show this year due to the shortened week.
